Hemisphere's purchase demanded U$ 175 million in investment

Hemisphere, a satellite navigation company, now belongs to CNH Industrial. The US$ 175 million deal happened last week, consolidating the company’s strategy to be a reference in innovative solutions for agriculture and construction.

With the purchase, CNH is accelerating its strategic plan to achieve the lead in automation technology, speed up the delivery of a fully autonomous agricultural cycle, and expand and improve automation and autonomy in a wide range of agriculture and construction applications.
